Curbside Calf Stretch

This calf stretch is effective on a curbside or stairs after walking uphill or climbing stairs.

Exercise:

  1. Stand on top of a curbside or stairs. Making sure you are well-balanced, place the ball of your left foot on the edge.
  2. Gently press your heel down using your body weight to increase the stretch on your calf and arch of your foot.
  3. Hold for 10 seconds. Repeat on other leg.

Performance tips:
Do not bounce. Hold the stretch without moving.
