Curbside Calf Stretch
This calf stretch is effective on a curbside or stairs after walking uphill or climbing stairs.
Exercise:
- Stand on top of a curbside or stairs. Making sure you are well-balanced, place the ball of your left foot on the edge.
- Gently press your heel down using your body weight to increase the stretch on your calf and arch of your foot.
- Hold for 10 seconds. Repeat on other leg.
Performance tips:
Do not bounce. Hold the stretch without moving.
